Canadian Walleye Filet

Eight-ounce filet, braised in butter, served on a bed of wild and garlic white rice

Salmon Bearnaise
Six-ounce salmon filet, served on a bed of wild rice, finished with our own bearnaise Sauce

Steak and Salmon
A combination of a nine-ounce steak and salmon bearnaise

The Grand Duet
Our sliced sirloin of beef and chicken vesuvius together with your choice of accompaniment

Roast Duck
Boneless half duck, crisply roasted and finished with a tangy Grand Marnier orange sauce, served on a bed of wild and garlic white rice

PASTA
All Pasta entrees are served with a fresh fruited salad, poppyseed dressing,
fresh steamed vegetables, and a breadstick.

Baked Lasagna
Fresh baked five cheese beef lasagna, topped with our zesty marinara sauce

Vegetarian Lasagna
Layers of sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spinach, and five cheeses, topped with our zesty marinara sauce

Vegetable Stir Fry (Vegan)
Fresh steamed oriental vegetable, served over garlic white rice, accompanied by a side of sweet and sour sauce

CHICKEN
All Chicken entrees are served with a fresh fruited salad, poppyseed dressing,
fresh steamed vegetables, and a breadstick.

Chicken Vesuvius
Lightly-floured chicken breast, pan-fried and baked with herb garlic butter, served on a bed of wild and garlic white rice

Chicken Picatta
Lightly-floured chicken breast sauteed with a white wine, lemon butter sauce garnished with capers, and a choice of garlic mashed potatoes, roasted rosemary potatoes, or garlic white rice

Chicken Cordon Bleu
An 8oz. oven-baked chicken breast stuffed with baby Swiss cheese and prosciutto ham, served on a bed of wild and garlic white rice

Kids Meal
Chicken strips with criss-cross fries, salad included

BEEF
All Beef entrees are cooked to medium and served with a fresh fruited salad, poppyseed dressing,
fresh steamed vegetables, and a breadstick.

Petite Filet
An 8 oz., aged beef tenderloin served on red wine mushroom sauce

Prime Rib
12 oz., slow-roasted prime rib of beef served Au Jus (other cuts available upon request)

Sliced Sirloin of Beef
Slices of roasted sirloin beef topped with a hearty red wine mushroom sauce
