Although we don't have "minimums" we do require all receptions include plated dinner service.
Our experienced catering staff will make your wedding a culinary delight. Whether you’re planning an intimate reception or a party for 300, we’ll create a menu that will impress your guests and enhance your evening. Our full-service banquet staff will take care of the details so you can concentrate on creating lifelong memories.

Our very best dinners have been selected for the banquet menu. However, if you are looking for something not found here, we will be happy to create a new menu from your suggestions.
We offer an array of tempting and delectable hors d’oeuvres. Hot or cold, sweet or savory, elaborate or simple — they are sure to please and satisfy. Our desserts are all extremely enjoyable, and a perfect way to top off your event meal.
As always, we are open to your personal requests. We will be happy to suggest the appropriate amounts of hors d’oeuvres and desserts based on your selections and the anticipated number of guests. Price per selection will be determined at the time of booking and event planning.

|Non-alcoholic beverages such as lemonade, fruit punch or citrus punch are available. Prices and amounts will be determined at the time of booking and event planning. Soda and coffee are included in your facility fee.|

|Tailored bar service honoring requests for a combination of full, partial or limited hosting is available. Specific procedures will be discussed at the time of booking and event planning.|
“WINTER WEDDING SPECIAL” When booking a wedding in the months of January, February or March; mention the “Winter Wedding Special” and we will waive $500.00 from the facility fee!
The facility fee for The Grand Event Center is $2000. In order to reserve a date and time, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder due at close of event. The deposit is refundable nine months prior to event.
The facility fee includes white tablecloths, white, or burgundy cloth napkins, stemware, glassware, cutlery and china. We have a variety of table decorations, that can be used alone or in combination with outside-supplied decorations. Tea lights are provided if the facility candleholders are used. The facility will be clean and prepared according to directions specified at the time of booking and event planning.
The remainder of the facility fee and all catering and service costs are due at the conclusion of the event. Final charges will be based upon the number of guests served or the number guaranteed, whichever is greater. All prices outlined are subject to an 18% service charge and the appropriate state taxes in effect on the date of the event.
In order to prepare efficiently, preliminary guest counts and menu selections need to be made no later than (14) days prior to the event. Final guest counts must be guaranteed no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Need a place to have your ceremony? We have had many couples choose to have their ceremony, reception and dance all in one location. An extra fee of $300.00 will be incurred.
Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function will result in forfeiture of remaining facility fee and immediate reimbursement to The Grand for any expenditures related to the scheduled event.
