PASTA
All Pasta Entrees are served with a Fresh Fruited Salad, Poppy Seed Dressing, Homemade French Bread and Fresh Steamed Vegetables.

Baked Lasagna
Fresh Baked Five Cheese Beef Lasagna, topped with our Zesty Marinara Sauce

Vegetarian Lasagna
Layers of Sliced Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Spinach, Black Olives and Five Cheeses, topped with our Zesty Marinara Sauce

Vegetable Stir Fry
Fresh Steamed Oriental Vegetables, served over Garlic White Rice, accompanied by a side of Teriyaki Sauce (Vegan)

CHICKEN
All Chicken Entrees are served with a Fresh Fruited Salad, Poppy Seed Dressing, Homemade French Bread and Fresh Steamed Vegetables.

Chicken Vesuvius
Lightly-floured Chicken Breast, pan-fried and baked with Herb Garlic Butter, served on a bed of Wild and Garlic White Rice

Chicken Picatta
Lightly-floured Chicken Breast sauteed with a White Wine, Lemon Butter Sauce garnished with Capers and Frsh-Chopped Tomatoes.  Choose Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Pasta or Garlic White Rice served with Fresh Steamed Vegetables

Chicken Cordon Bleu
An 8oz. oven-baked Chicken Breast stuffed with Baby Swiss Cheese and Prosciutto Ham, served on a bed of Wild and Garlic White Rice

Kids Meal
Chicken Strips served with Criss-cross Fries, Salad included

BEEF
All Beef Entrees are cooked to medium and served with a Fresh Fruited Salad, Poppy Seed Dressing, Homemade French Bread and Fresh Steamed Vegetables

We offer an array of tempting and delectable hors d’oeuvres.  Hot or cold, sweet or savory, elaborate or simple — they are sure to please and satisfy.  Our desserts are all extremely enjoyable, and a perfect way to top off your event meal.

As always, we are open to your personal requests.  We will be happy to suggest the appropriate amounts of hors d’oeuvres and desserts based on your selections and the anticipated number of guests.  Price per selection will be determined at the time of booking and event planning.
